EDITORIAL: KAGAN'S CONFIRMATION LIKELY
It is highly likely that Elena Kagan will be confirmed as the next Justice on the United States Supreme Court. While various senators may "talk tough" about whether Kagan will be confirmed, it is highly unusual for a nominee to be rejected unless there are specific background problems with the potential nominee.
